James D Tewes, "JD", has recently joined our team as an apprentice as he pursues a degree in Human Development & Family Sciences at the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies). He is eager to learn more about how to apply knowledge to become an exceptional gerontologist, care manager and patient advocate under Leslie's guidance. JD is a student member of the Aging Life Care Association which is the nationally recognized association for geriatric and disability care managers. Through this apprenticeship, JD aims to grasp the intricacies of Tewes-CARES under Leslie's mentorship, ultimately preparing to transition into a leadership role and establish the business as a multi-generational venture.
