The best time to call is before a crisis to establish a familiar, trusting rapport.  The intensity and frequency of services is fluid and established on a case by case basis.
Leslie is on-call many hours of the day including most evenings, weekends and holidays to address questions and concerns.

From both personal and professional experience, I do know what it's like traveling to a loved one with tears in my eyes and fear in my heart.  The best approach is to plan ahead for care and contingencies-a proactive approach to showing your devotion to your family/ loved-ones.  On-site and remote services are available nationwide as people may be separated by distance or circumstances.  Most active in Fairfield County and the greater New York City/ Westchester/ Putnam County areas of Connecticut and  New York.  Headquartered in Ridgefield, CT with offices in Carmel, NY and Port Jefferson, NY.
